Couple Counselling

50 minutes – $200

90 MINUTES – $300

The therapist helps the couple explore conflicts, express feelings constructively, and develop healthier ways to resolve issues. Sessions may focus on topics like trust, intimacy, conflict resolution, or major life transitions. The goal is to foster understanding, rebuild connection, and create a more fulfilling partnership.
