My name is Aziza Sobh, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and the Founder of Day by Day Psychotherapy. I provide counselling services to individuals aged 13 and older, as well as couples. I offer sessions both virtually and in person to ensure accessibility and flexibility in care.

The duration of individual and couple sessions last for 50 minutes, however 90 minute sessions are offered for couples counselling, if needed.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes, therapy is confidential. Your therapist is bound by professional ethics and legal obligations to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your sessions. However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality.

Consultation

Booking a consult is complimentary and optional. This provides the individual with an opportunity to get to know the therapist and ask questions.
Intake Session

Individual Session

Couple Counselling
